Nikhil Chandak
Founder
Nikhil Chandak, the visionary behind PC3 Group, which was established on April 1, 2019. With a remarkable 15 years of experience in mid to senior management roles within the Banking and Finance sector, Nikhil Chandak brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
He has previously lent his talents to esteemed institutions such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, State Bank of Mauritius, IndusInd Bank, and Ashika Capital Ltd.
Nikhil's academic background is equally impressive, holding an MBA in Finance from the NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research.
Manish Rathi
A Seasoned professional with a wealth of experience across finance, strategy, and business operations. Manish is also a Founding Member of We Founder Circle Private Limited. Prior to joining as a partner at PC3, Manish serves as the head of Strategy & Operations at Evolvex, a WFC supported accelerator programme. Earlier in his career, Manish held the position of Vice President at The Financial Supermarket. He also spent nearly seven years as a Senior Credit Manager at Bank of Baroda. By Qualification he is 2 times All India Rank Chartered Accountant, also a Company Secretary, and has earned the Registered Valuer Certification from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
